INTRODUCTION

When you use the Flo Cloud website and cloud services ( https://floucloud.id ) ("Service"), you agree to our rules and policies regarding your personal information and you expressly consent to us collecting, processing, using and storing your personal information, as described in this privacy policy.
If you do not agree with this privacy policy, you may not use the Service.
We store personal information that you provide to us to set up and administer your account and the Service, and personal information generated in connection with your use of theService ("Administrative Information"). We are the data controller of Administrative Information. This privacy policy informs you of your choices and our practices regarding your Administrative Information.
We also store data, including personal information, that you submit, upload, transmit, ordisplay using the Service ("Content") and we store this data solely to provide the Service. The terms relating to the storage of our Content are set out in our Terms of Service and Data Processing. You are the data controller of the Content and questions about the data handling process from your users or third parties regarding the Content should be addressed to you first. At all times, we act as a service provider to you, and process data on your behalf. You can extract your Content at any time.

We will collect and use the following information about you:

Information you provide to us.

You can provide us with information about you by asking questions about our Services, using our Services or by corresponding with us by telephone, email or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register for our Services (or for business customers, acting as a company business representative to register for the Services), such as your name, username, email address, address, IP address, your Device ID, photo ID, information credit card, phone numbers and other information that helps us register you to use our Services.

Information we collect about you when using our Services

We automatically collect certain information from you when you use our Services through the Flou Cloud web portal, including your IP address and Device ID, and information regarding your use of our Services such as logs of your visits, site access requests, uploads and downloads.

Information we obtain from third parties

Flo Cloud allows user account administrators to define access rights. By doing so, your Service administrator (perhaps you) may include the email addresses of others who will be granted access to the Service under that account. If you are an account administrator, you acknowledge and promise us that you have the consent of the individual concerned to provide their email address for this purpose.
We also collect and store your information whenever you interact with Flou, for example, when you communicate with us via email, activate a new Service, or fill out a form on our website. We also store information about the Services you purchase, such as activation codes, date of purchase, and information relating to any support issues.

Cookies

We use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., Flash cookies, etc.) ("Cookies") to improve your experience using the Service. Cookies are small files that, when placed on your device, enable us to provide certain features and functionality.
You have the option to allow the installation of these Cookies or to disable them further. You can accept all Cookies, or instruct your web browser to provide notice at the time of Cookie installation, or refuse to accept all Cookies by adjusting the relevantfunctionality of your computer's web browser. Children

Our services are not intended for children. Children may not use the Service for any purpose. We will not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 17 to register for our Services and/or provide any personally identifiable information. If you are under the age of 17, please do not register to use our Services or provide any information about yourself through the Services.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We will use the information in the following ways:

We use this information:
  • To verify your Flo Cloud account
  • For security protection (if you enable account verification, it will be used to send you an SMS or Email alert and a two-factor authentication code when you change your account password, email address, etc.);
  • For product notification
  • For order confirmation; and
  • For service information (eg account balance information, and to communicate with you when your account balance is running low).
Credit card information (card number, name, expiration date, security code)
We use your credit card information to process payments you make for the use of the Service.
Transaction Records (such as date and time of payment for services)
We provide access to your Transaction Records to allow you to view your transaction history.
Log Data, Metadata, IP Address, User Ticket, User Agent (browser), Access Date and Time, every URL visit in the Flou Cloud website either directly or referenced from a third party website
We use this information for strategy and Service improvement and for analytics.
Customer Service Ticket/Chat Content, IP Address, Flou Cloud ID, incident details and response steps
We use this information to:
  • Address your concerns and complaints about the Service; and
  • Improve and administer our Services and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistics and survey purposes, and to keep our Services safe and secure.
Logs and Metadata related to incidents
We use this information to improve the Service and our response.
Request Data (data provided when you make an inquiry via our website's contact form or as part of a sales inquiry), including: your name, email, phone number or ticket, reminder settings, company name, business services, location and details your questions or any additional information you provide
We use this information to respond to your requests.
Technical support inquiry data (data provided when you submit a technical support request), including your name, email, telephone number, type of your inquiry and details of your request
We use this information to respond to your requests.

How We Share and Store Your Personal Information

We may share your personal information with selected third parties within and outside your country, including:
  • Third party where we use third party services to: (a) process payments; (b) provide customer support; (c) sending SMS service notifications; or (d) provide other services, support, features or functionality as part of the Services, including those listed on our Third Party pages.
  • Related group companies, including entities listed on our Third Party page with whom we share your personal information to operate our Services.

Where the Information is Stored

We store and process your personal information in data centers in Indonesia. This placement is based on compliance with Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 article 21.

Flou may provide links to other third party websites for your convenience (collectively"Third Party Websites"). Please be careful when visiting any Third Party Website. Third Party Websites have separate and independent privacy policies, notices and terms of use that govern your use of those websites and their use of any information they collect. We recommend that you read this policy carefully. Flo disclaims all responsibility for the personal information you provide to any Third Party Website.

Security of Your Personal Information

Transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to our site.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information as described below (unless otherwise required to be retained by applicable law).

Question data is retained until the question is resolved, and then deleted within seven (7) days of the resolution, unless you agree to retain and receive this data for further information in the future.
Technical support inquiry data (data provided when you submit a technical support request), including your name, email, phone number, type of your question, and details of your question
Technical support question data is retained until the question is resolved, then deleted within seven (7) days of the resolution, unless you agree to retain this data and receive more information in the future.

This data is stored as long as the account exists. Information is deleted within seven (7) days from the date the account was deleted.
Personal information, which has fulfilled the purpose for which it was collected or used, or has reached a period of time in possession of personal information, will be destroyed in a non-recoverable manner. Personal information stored in electronic files will be securely deleted in a non-recoverable manner using technical methods, and printed information will be destroyed by tearing or burning the information. In addition, we will delete your personal information within 10 days (i) upon your request to have your personal information deleted; (ii) after you delete your account; and/or (iii) if any personal information is left behind with incomplete account registration.
If the processing and retention period has ended, but personal information must be stored continuously for other reasons including for purposes as specified in applicable law, the relevant personal information will be stored and maintained separately from other types of personal information.

Your rights

This section ("Your Rights") applies only to users located in the European Economic Area.
You have certain rights with respect to the personal information we hold about you. Some of these apply only under certain circumstances as described in more detail below. We also regulate how to exercise those rights. Please note that we will ask you to verify your identity before responding to any request to exercise your rights. We must respond to your request to exercise those rights without undue delay and within at least one month (although this may be extended by another two months in certain circumstances) unless permitted by applicable law.

Access, Correction & Removal

You can access, correct and delete some of your data on the account portal at any time here. If you believe there is other personal information we process about you, or you are unable to correct or delete the inaccurate information, you can make a request at contact us listed on the Flo Cloud webpage. You may also be entitled to receive copies of certain personal information.
Please note, however, that we may retain personal information if there is a valid reason under data protection laws for us to do so (for example, for the defense of legal claims or freedom of expression) but we will notify you if this is the case.

Portability

You have the right to receive a copy of certain personal information we collect from you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to request that we transfer that personal information to another party. Relevant personal information is information that you provide for the purpose of performing our contract with you (for example, your mobile number, email address or transaction data). You can export your Content at any time.
If you want us to transfer your personal information to a third party, you can contact us by contacting us listed on the Flo Cloud webpage. Please note that we can only do so where technically possible.

Restriction of Processing to Storage Only

You have the right to ask us to stop processing your personal information that we hold, other than for storage purposes, under certain circumstances. Please note, however, that if we stop processing personal information, we may use it again if there is a valid reason under data protection laws for us to do so (for example, for the defense of legal claims or for the protection of others).

Object

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal information in certain circumstances (such as where the information is used with your consent, for example for marketing or profiling) by contacting our contact details listed on the Flou Cloud web page.

Communication from us

If you have chosen to receive direct marketing from us, we may send you news and offers from time to time, for example; to reserve you a place in our webinar. You can opt out at any time by contacting us at: sales@floucloud.id .
We may from time to time send you service-related announcements when we deem it necessary to do so (such as when we temporarily suspend Flou Cloud for maintenance, or security, privacy or administrative related communications). You may not opt-out of these service-related announcements, which are not of a promotional nature.

If you wish to make a complaint about how we process your personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer first at support@floucloud.id and we will endeavor to deal with your request as soon as possible. This is without prejudice to your right to file a claim with the data protection supervisory authority in the European Union country where you live or work where you think we have violated data protection laws.
